Help Desk Ticket System

First on Wolf Den, Knightswap, Undead discord servers we use the Ticket System to ensure that when you need help only an admin can see and respond to you. If you need help that is NOT a general strategy question or something common that should be asked in the tiers please use this ticketing system.

To open a help desk ticket

1. Go to the help desk channel

2. Click create ticket

3. Scroll up in the list of Server Channels and you will see your newly created ticket

4. If you already have a ticket open you will not be able to create a second one

If anyone ever send you a private message / direct message it is not an admin of any of our servers. Take a screen shot of their user name, block them and report it to us using the ticketing system so we can ban them.

Privacy Settings for Discord

Privacy settings for Discord should be set up as follows for the safest experience

1. Go to your settings by selecting the gear icon next to your user name

2. Then make sure that all of the below info matches these settings.

Telegram

Telegram has no Ticket system. If you go into random TG groups or even the Wolfies/Guardian Telegram chat and ask for help there is a good probability that you will get scammed. A couple privacy suggestions are outlined below to make you as safe as possible.

Telegram scammers can also make accounts that look very similar to anyone else's. They typically change one letter to a number or add a period or something along those lines. Best suggestion is to just ignore all DMs on Telegram.

1. Go to settings in Telegram
2. Go to Privacy and Security
3. Make your privacy settings match those shown below
4. Go to advanced
5. Change the automatic media downloads to off for files. This is because people can put malware and viruses in a telegram chat and your device will automatically download it.

6. For Groups make the settings as follows and the same with Channels

You can also setup folders in Telegram and put specific chats in them. Telegram also gives you an option to setup a personal folder which will automatically archive DMs from non-contacts.
